If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email our support team with photo evidence of the issue. Once verified, we will offer either:

• A replacement item, or

• A full refund

 

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will either reship the item or issue a full refund.

 

Change of Mind / Size Issues

Due to international logistics, we currently do not accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind.

We strongly recommend checking the size guide provided on each product page before placing your order.

 

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
